US President Donald Trump said American military operations over the past 11 days have “virtually destroyed” Iran’s defence capabilities. Speaking during an address, Trump claimed Iran’s air force and air defence systems had been neutralised and its missile and drone capabilities significantly reduced. Trump said Iran’s missiles were down by around 90 percent and drones by about 85 percent, adding that US forces were continuing to target facilities linked to missile and drone production.
