WWDC 2025: watchOS 26 Offers AI Workout Buddy, Wrist Flick Gesture, Liquid Glass Design, and More

Apple unveiled watchOS 26 at WWDC today with a refreshed Liquid Glass design. The update brings upgrades to Smart Stack, Control Centre, and the Photos watch face. It offers an AI-powered Workout Buddy that provides real-time personalised insights based on fitness history. The Workout app gets a new layout, Smart Stack predictions are improved, and users can now dismiss notifications with a simple wrist flick.
