Assam Adopts Unified Pension Scheme, State Government’s Contribution Up 8.5%

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday announced that the state government has adopted the Unified Pension Scheme, a modified version of the National Pension System recently introduced by the Centre.
