Farewell, Dada: Ajit Pawar Laid to Rest With State Honours

Ajit Pawar, who died in a plane crash Wednesday morning, has been cremated in Baramati – his family’s political stronghold and the birthplace of his own career – with full state honours. This will be followed by three days of state mourning.
