Omar Abdullah Slams Congress Over Attacks On Kashmiris In Himachal Pradesh

A political row has erupted over reports of attacks on Kashmiris in Himachal Pradesh. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has slammed the Congress-led Himachal government, demanding strict action and saying, “Stop targeting Kashmiris.” The comments have triggered a fresh political face-off, with the PDP hitting back at Omar Abdullah, accusing him of trying to please the BJP instead of raising the issue with INDIA alliance partners. The controversy has reignited concerns over the safety of Kashmiris outside Jammu and Kashmir, with opposition parties trading charges over rising hate crimes.
