Ex-Army Chief’s Book Not Published Anywhere, Says Publisher, Penguin India

A political row has erupted after the publisher of former Army Chief General Manoj Naravane clarified that his book Four Stars of Destiny has not been published in print or digital form, calling the circulation of excerpts a copyright violation. The controversy intensified after Rahul Gandhi quoted the book in Parliament, with Delhi Police now probing the alleged leak of a pre-print copy and pending publication clearances.
