India Unveils ‘Raksha’: AI Shield Against Child Trafficking

India has launched Raksha, a first-of-its-kind AI-powered child protection system that uses nationwide real-time data to predict and prevent trafficking, child marriage, and online exploitation. Developed by Just Rights for Children with MeitY affiliation and over 270 partner organizations, it spans more than 450 districts.
