Global South Collaboration Will Drive AI Growth, Says Alakh Verma

At the CEO Roundtable, Alakh Verma, Founder & CEO of BCentriqe.ai, emphasized that India’s AI future must be built on trust, safety and responsibility – a vision he said aligns with the Prime Minister’s agenda. Verma highlighted the need for cross‑collaboration among Indian enterprises and stressed the growing importance of multilateral AI cooperation between India, the EU, and the Global South. He also outlined his ongoing work with Cyprus during its EU presidency, where AI will be a central strategic focus.
