Trump Slams Supreme Court Ruling, Announces Immediate 10% Global Tariff

US President Donald Trump criticised the Supreme Court’s “deeply disappointing” tariff ruling and invoked Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 to impose a temporary 10% tariff on all countries. The move-making him the first president to use this provision-could face legal challenges, as such tariffs can only extend beyond 150 days with congressional approval.
