Late-Night Clashes Rock JNU Campus Amid Protest Over Alleged Casteist Remarks

Late-night violence broke out at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi as Left-affiliated student groups clashed with members of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on campus. The confrontation reportedly followed protests by Left groups over alleged casteist remarks made by the university’s Vice Chancellor. Left groups have accused ABVP members of attacking protesters, further escalating tensions inside the campus.
