Rahul Gandhi Backs Shirtless Protest, Questions PM Modi; 7 Youth Congress Workers Arrested

Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has defended the shirtless Youth Congress protest, calling it a democratic right and questioning why Prime Minister Narendra Modi is “scared.” In a fresh video statement, he alleged the government is compromised. The remarks came after the Prime Minister, speaking in Meerut, criticised the Congress, calling the protest “gandi-nangi politics.” Seven Youth Congress workers have been arrested, with party leaders alleging raids in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
