‘Heard Blasts’: Indian Tourist Gives First-Hand Account from Dubai

Rahul Kulshreshtha, an Indian national currently in Dubai on vacation, describes hearing multiple blasts while visiting landmarks including the Burj Khalifa. He says reports of evacuations began circulating even as tourists were still being allowed inside major attractions.

Rahul later observed heavy emergency presence near the Fairmont The Palm, including ambulances, security vehicles, and surveillance drones, while staying nearby at Atlantis The Palm. Despite the visible response, he reports no signs of panic, with streets and hotels largely calm.
