‘This Is About Global Control’: University Professor On US-Israel-Iran Tensions

In an interview with NDTV, Jeffrey Sachs, professor at Columbia University, warned that the ongoing confrontation between the United States, Israel and Iran is unlikely to de-escalate in the near term.

Sachs argued that the strikes and counter-strikes – including reported attacks on U.S. bases in Bahrain, Qatar and Abu Dhabi – signal a dangerous phase of escalation.
