UPSC Results 2026 | Tamil Nadu’s Rajeswari Suve Secures UPSC Air 2 In Fifth Attempt

From rural Madurai to securing All India Rank 2 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, Tamil Nadu’s Rajeswari Suve has scripted an inspiring success story. Currently a trainee Deputy Collector in Dindigul after clearing the TNPSC Group 1 exam, she cracked the civil services in her fifth attempt. Rajeswari credits self-confidence, disciplined planning, selective study sources and strong peer support for her success. She also benefited from the Tamil Nadu government’s Naan Mudhalvan scheme and private coaching. Speaking to NDTV’s Sam Daniel, she says becoming an IAS officer will allow her to transform lives through effective implementation of government programmes.
