Gas-Based Crematoriums Shut In Pune As Middle-East War Signals Oil Crisis Ahead

Amid Middle East tensions disrupting the global oil market, Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) temporarily closed its gas-based crematorium from March 9, following directives from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Electric crematoriums with APC systems remain operational. Residents are urged to cooperate during the temporary halt of gas-based services.
