Bengaluru Sees Commercial LPG Shortage, IT City Kitchens Switch To Firewood

Despite government assurances of adequate supply, Bengaluru is facing a commercial LPG shortage that has disrupted hotel and catering operations for three days. Central kitchens supplying thousands of IT workers have been forced to shift to firewood to keep meals running on time as cylinders remain unavailable.
