Odisha Shuts Down Internet In Cuttack After Violence Erupts

A 36-hour curfew has been imposed in Odisha’s Cuttack after violence broke out in parts of the city. The state government has suspended internet services, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, across areas under the Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Cuttack Development Authority, and 42 Mauza region. The restrictions came into effect from 7 PM Sunday to 7 PM Monday to prevent the spread of rumours and maintain law and order.
