The Karnataka power struggle has reached a critical stage, with the Congress high command set to hold an important internal meeting this evening. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, KC Venugopal and Randeep Surjewala are expected to finalise a strategy, with Priyanka Gandhi likely to join as well. Only after this first round will Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar be called in for separate talks, possibly in Delhi tomorrow.
