Suryakumar Yadav’s Big Statement On ‘Handshake’ Uncertainty With Pakistan

India vs Pakistan, T20 World Cup 2026 Press Conference Highlights: India captain Suryakumar Yadav all but confirmed that star opener Abhishek Sharma and left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav are going to play against Pakistan in their highly-anticipated T20 World Cup 2026 clash on Sunday. Suryakumar also remained tight-lipped on whether Team India would shake hands with their opponents. Earlier, Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha commented that the match, which is taking place after weeks of Pakistan’s “boycott drama”, should be played in “good spirits”. He also admitted that Pakistan do not boast a good record against India in World Cups. Agha expressed no concern over spinner Usman Tariq’s action or star batter Babar Azam’s form.
