No Licence, False Age Claim: Minor Told Cops He Was 19 In Fatal Dwarka Crash

The investigation into the fatal Dwarka crash that killed Sahil Dhaneshra has taken a significant turn, with Delhi Police detaining the minor driver’s father under Section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act, which deals with the liability of a vehicle owner when a minor is found driving. Sources say the father was later released after legal consultation but will be charge-sheeted under the provision.
