Kejriwal’s Advocate After HC Clean Chit To Arvind Kejriwal in Excise Policy Case

Advocate Vivek Jain, counsel for AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal, said the court meticulously examined all evidence presented by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and found that “not a shred of allegation can be said to cross the threshold of charge.”

According to Jain, the court discharged the accused, observing that none of the allegations could be held to be true. He further stated that the court noted the excise policy was framed through proper institutional safeguards, leaving no doubt about the manner and process in which it was formulated.
