Strikes Were Urgent As Iran Neared ‘Immunity’ For Nuclear, Missile Programs: Israel FM

In an NDTV exclusive, Israel foreign miister Gideon Sa’ar says Iran was close to placing its nuclear and ballistic missile capabilities deep underground, beyond the reach of U.S. or Israeli air power, forcing immediate action. Calling Iran’s leadership an “existential threat,” he argues that weakening the regime is essential to give Iranian citizens a chance at political change.
